Frontend Engineer - React, Typescript, React Native

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in elevating our user experience through modern design implementation and UI polish. You'll bridge the gap between design and engineering, crafting high-quality interfaces that align with our new design direction as we transform into a highly modern application. Focus for This Quarter This quarter, we're prioritizing frontend polish tasks, particularly bringing existing web and mobile (React Native) pages to new design specifications. As we're entering a new era with fresh designs and ideas, we need engineers who can help transform our application into a highly modern experience. You'll be involved in "last-mile engineering" to refine existing features, create static pages, and develop new components. In future quarters, we anticipate expanding the role to include building frontend-heavy features with minimal backend dependencies. Size of Company 100+

* Implement new design specifications across web and mobile platforms, with particular emphasis on React Native mobile applications * Perform "last-mile engineering" to polish existing features and bring them up to current design standards * Build static pages and reusable components that maintain design consistency * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design requirements * Optimize performance, accessibility, and usability across platforms * Contribute to and help maintain our evolving design system * Identify and resolve UI inconsist

* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Typescript, React, and React Native * Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design * Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch * Attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect implementation * Experience working directly with designers to translate mockups into functional interfaces * Ability to identify and solve UI edge cases and polish user experiences * Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally * Passion for creating clean, maintainable frontend code
