About The Role

Floma is the world’s first AI marketing agency. We are at the forefront of redefining marketing with AI, and are creating AI agents to plan, build, and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns. Our founders are ex-Google and ex-Apple executives and engineers. We're well-funded by top Silicon Valley VCs and angel investors, and have notable large companies as design partners. We are hiring engineers who are excited to imagine, pioneer and build what human and AI agent collaboration should look like between an AI marketing agency and top enterprise marketing teams, including product and technical innovations that no one has done before. We are moving fast, solving urgent CxO challenges, and building new capabilities to ship a category-defining AI product. We are based in Silicon Valley and are currently in stealth mode.

What You’ll Do

Research and apply state-of-the-art methods in developing multi-agent systems, planning and reasoning methods. Implement and optimize our in-house agents orchestration framework. Develop and integrate various personas, tools, workflows and work on optimizing our agents infrastructure for scale. Design, implement, and optimize graph databases, with a strong focus on utilizing Neo4j or other graph databases for knowledge graph applications. Apply the latest and optimal methods for knowledge extraction and representation that interfaces with agentic systems. Implement best practices to continuously analyze and evaluate system performance, iterating on approaches to improve quality. Contribute to the development of new functionalities within our product, with opportunities to take complete ownership. Learn and apply best practices in software development, including version control, testing, and documentation. You will report directly to the CTO and co-founder as part of a small and agile team.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications: Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, a similar technical field of study (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology), or equivalent practical experience. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with other languages like Go, Java, JavaScript or NodeJS is a plus. Strong knowledge of various prompt engineering techniques. Good knowledge of key LLM hyperparameters and their impact on model performance. Deep knowledge of machine learning concepts, including supervised fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). Prior experience building with public Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini. Any hands-on experience with open-source LLMs is highly valuable. Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Prior practical experience is a plus but not required. Ability to read and comprehend AI research papers, extract relevant information, and apply findings to practical problem-solving. Solid foundation in statistics and probability theory as applied to machine learning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in AI and its applications. Enthusiasm for staying current with the rapidly evolving field of generative AI and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
